My Art Through the Years
Here is my art page with photos of some of my art from about 1959 when I was five until 2014. After that, there is a link to my art website where there are many works of art since 2014 you can see and also have the opportunity to buy originals I have done and merchandise as well.
After 2012, I didn't do much art at all for a few years. Kathy and I were in our second year in Mongolia working at MIU and always busy with people. It wasn't until an event in our family stirred my interest again. Kathy and I moved to Ohio in 2016 to be near our daughter Christy and her family. I began to think about teaching our granddaughters to paint. Christy and her daughters all joined in. For two months we met every Friday morning. Great times! But the grandkids began to tire of it. It's normal! But Christy wanted to continue. So for four years or so we have painted almost every week. As I painted I moved into new techniques, new experimentation, new challenges, new fun. I've grown a lot in skill and adventure, and also in subject matter. So much so that I began to sell art on a website I created.. My Grandpa Peter Porowski
My grandpa Peter Porowski loved to paint. If it wasn't for having to earn money for his family through the years, he would have loved to paint for his living. Here are photos of only a few of the paintings that he did.
