Kathy and I have made many trips to countries in Asia. Our first trip was to China in 2002. Our purpose was to see first hand what was taking place in Xian and other places where Caring for China was operating. Kathy was getting more involved with the organization that was based in Irvine, California in those days. The trip was great in many ways. Since then we have gone there many times. Whether traveling to Thailand, Mongolia, China and other places, the priority in our hearts and minds has always been as we have followed the Lord's leading to our hearts to help and encourage friends and churches and to follow new or on-going opportunities to meet people and see what the Lord might have in store for them and for us. Asia holds a big place in our hearts.
